Highlights from the Job Site
Our latest project has been a season of hard work and exciting progress! We’re thrilled to share that the City of Scottsdale recently approved a revision to our sewer line extension, reducing it from 600 feet to 400 feet. This adjustment not only saves time and money but represents a major milestone for our development.
Extending the sewer line has been no small feat, requiring long days, lots of digging, and collaboration from many talented individuals. We couldn’t have done it without the dedication of our amazing crew, engineers, inspectors, and city reviewers. Your collective expertise has made all the difference, and we’re incredibly grateful for your efforts.
What’s Next?
We’re eagerly awaiting final approval of our architectural plans, which we hope will pave the way to breaking ground soon. These permits are more than just paperwork—they’re the green light to bring our vision to life.
