May came with an exciting milestone for our “Mermaid House” – the honor of “Best on Tour” for TWO tours, including the Arcadia Tour! We are so honored to receive this recognition. The journey to this point has been filled with meticulous hard work, dedication, and passion. We are elated to see that our efforts have paid off, and the home we’ve crafted with so much love is being received so well. Your support and encouragement have been the driving force behind our success, and we can’t thank you enough for being a part of this journey with us.
Now, amidst the fluctuating interest rates that have caused a slowdown in the market, we are delighted to see our agents keeping the momentum going. Their tireless efforts to spread the word about our beautiful house, through marketing mailers and other innovative strategies, have been nothing short of impressive. We even received one of these mailers right at the actual house, confirming that they are reaching potential buyers effectively!

As we continue to welcome visitors to our open houses, we know that the little touches can make a big difference. There’s nothing quite like the charm of fresh flowers to create an inviting ambiance for potential buyers. Our talented designer and stager have once again worked their magic, creating a beautiful and captivating atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression.
There was a whirlwind of activity and careful planning at our magnificent “Estate House” in May. We are particularly proud of the cabinetry in this gorgeous home. It’s safe to say that storage space will never be an issue; we’ve made sure of it! Our meticulous crew worked hard, carefully measuring for the cabinets to ensure a perfect fit. We are confident that the cabinetry will be both functional and aesthetically pleasing, providing the new homeowners with the convenience they deserve.
In other news, we had a little unexpected bonus when spray foam insulation was mistakenly applied to the garage. But, as they say, every cloud has a silver lining! The new homeowners will benefit from the extra insulation, keeping their garage cozy all year round.
Moving on to the drywall stage, we were excited to see the walls take shape and the house turning into a beautiful home. Amelia from Millie Design & Staging has been diligently double-checking measurements to ensure that everything is in perfect order for the tile setters.
On the exterior front, we’ve achieved a significant milestone with the setting up of our electrical meter. The crew can now say goodbye to dealing with noisy generators – a reason to cheer, indeed! The pool and spa are dug, adding another luxurious touch to this extraordinary property. Our skilled crew is dedicated to bringing this vision to life, and we couldn’t be more proud of their hard work and commitment. The end of May saw more exciting developments, with the first coat of stucco applied to the exterior. Additionally, we made substantial progress on the pool and spa, with the rebar in place and the pool equipment set up.
As we venture into the upcoming months, we eagerly anticipate completing this remarkable project and welcoming the new homeowners into their dream abode.
