Get ready to mark your maps! Our soon-to-be Scottsdale showstopper is getting a fresh new address and a lot of personality to match. Formerly known as our 67th St Project, it will now be located at 6711 E Jenan Dr. – and we think that has a nice ring to it!
After receiving our truss calculations, Grading & Drainage Plan, and Drainage Report, we are relieved to have submitted our building plans to the city for review. The review process is expected to take approximately 2-3 months, but we’re hopeful it will be on the shorter side.
