Our team has been working hard to follow the plan and make steady progress!
The moment we received the green light from the inspector, our team sprang into action, showcasing incredible efficiency by successfully completing the first 100 feet of the 600-foot sewer line extension. We’ve been making the most of this time, pushing forward with the sewer line work as we await the City of Scottsdale’s approval for the building permit. Once completed, the new build will connect to the city’s sewer system, providing a modern upgrade from the outdated septic system and ensuring everything flows smoothly.
As always, clear communication has been essential to keeping everything moving along. Neighbors were notified well in advance about road closures, mail delays, trash service changes, and provided a QR code for daily updates to avoid any setbacks and safeguard our progress.
Our barrier fence is up to protect the newly constructed building pad, and behind the scenes, we’re finalizing design decisions and the exterior elevation.
Every step brings us a little bit closer to the finish line—no surprises, just carefully planned progress for everyone involved!
